IMPORTANT POLICY

Be a hero to a hero. If you need to cancel your appointment, please cancelling appointments within 48 hours in advance give us opportunity to care for another customer, and you won't waste the time let us wait on you!

If you booked your appointment online, you will receive an email and text message indicate you have booked your appointment successfully, you will also receive a 24 hours reminder prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel even after 24 hour line, you can still reschedule, with no call no show appointment, we will not able to book your appointment in the future without paying your cancelation fee history. 

All gift cards are expires in one year from the purchase dates. Gift Cards are not refundable. 

Late show policy, we try our best to work with our customers, if there is no next customer scheduled right after you, we will give you the full time, otherwise we have to shorten the missed time.
