Appointment Policy
Be a Hero to a Hero
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer that time to another customer who may be waiting.
Appointment Booking & Notifications
When you book an appointment online, you’ll receive a confirmation via email and text. We’ll also send a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule at that time, please contact us immediately. Please note: Customers who miss their appointment or fail to call and reschedule will be subject to a cancellation fee and may be unable to book future appointments until the fee is paid.
Gift Card Policy
All gift cards expire one year from the purchase date and are non-refundable.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that delays happen. If you arrive late and no one is scheduled immediately after you, we’ll do our best to provide your full session time. However, if another customer is scheduled after you, we must stick to your original time slot.
Fees & Service Charges
A service charge of 3.75% will be added to payments made by credit card to cover transaction fees. There are no services charges applied to payments made by cash, Venmo, or Zelle. New appointments require a 30% deposit paid in advance. Deposits will be refunded in full if appointment is canceled 48 hours in advance. After our cancelation window, deposits are non-refundable. Same day cancelations will incur a $50 fee.
